Mouse anti Rat CD88 antibody, clone R63 recognizes the rat CD88 cell surface receptor, also known as C5aR, which functions as a receptor for the C5a fragment of the complement factor C5.

CD88 is expressed by cells of the myeloid lineage such as monocytes and macrophages.
