Anti Rat CD3:FITC/CD4:RPE/CD8:Alexa Fluor® 647 is a triple color reagent which can be used for the phenotyping and enumeration of mature rat T-cell populations.

Antibodies produced by clone 1F4 recognize rat CD3, a 25 kDa cell surface antigen which is expressed by mature rat T-cells.

Antibodies produce by clone W3/25 recognize the rat CD4 cell surface glycoprotein, a 55 kDa molecule expressed by helper T cells and weakly by monocytes.

Antibodies produced by clone OX-8 recognize the rat CD8 alpha cell surface antigen, expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes, most thymocytes and the majority of NK cells.
