| Rat anti Mouse CD49d, clone 9C10 recognizes CD49d also known as alpha 4 integrin or VLA-4 alpha chain. A member of the integrin family, CD49d is expressed in combination with one of the two beta chains. It combines with CD29 to form integrin alpha 4 beta 1 or with integrin beta 7 to form alpha 4 beta 7. CD49d plays a role in both T cell stimulation and cellular adhesion. |
