anti Mouse CD11b:Alexa Fluor® 488/CD115:RPE is a dual colour reagent containing antibodies which recognise murine CD115 and CD11b cell surface antigens.

Antibodies produced by clone 604B5 2E11 recognise the murine CD115 cell surface antigen, also known as the M-CSF receptor and c-fms.CD115 is expressed by cells of the monocytic lineage and by progenitor cells.

Antibodies produced by clone M1/70.15 recognise the murine CD11b cell surface antigen (also known as the alpha M integrin chain or MAC-1), a differentiation antigen expressed by granulocytes, monocytes, NK cells and tissue macrophages.

The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. This may be reduced by using SeroBlock FcR (BUF041A/B).
