Mouse anti Human TNF alpha antibody, clone B-D9 recognizes human TNF-alpha, both natural and recombinant forms. The FITC conjugated reagent is designed for the detection and enumeration of TNF-alpha expressing cells in flow cytometric assays following cell membrane permeabilisation.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

  1. 1 Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. Bio-Rad recommends the use of Leucoperm (BUF09A) for this purpose.
