Rat anti Raf-1 (pSer338) antibody, clone pS338 (DPR/2/2A/3A) recognizes Raf-1, also known as RAF proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase and proto-oncogene c-RAF (cRaf), when phosphorylated at serine 338.

Rat anti Raf-1 (pSer338) antibody, clone pS338 binds to Raf-1 that has been activated by Ras or Src, but not to unactivated Raf-1. This antibody does not bind to Raf peptides phosphorylated at other sites, including tyrosine 341 and serine 339.

Rat anti Raf-1 (pSer338) antibody, clone pS338 has been described for the detection of serine 338 phosphorylated Raf-1 by western blotting (Mason et al. 1999).
