Plectin antibody | 10F6
Mouse anti Human Plectin antibody, clone 10F6 recognizes human plectin, a ~500 kDa ubiquitously expressed intermediate filament binding protein and member of the plakin family, which acts as a link between intermediate filaments (IF), microtubules and actin microfilaments within the cytoskeleton, and between the cytoskeleton and plasma membranes connecting different cells, thereby maintaining tissue integrity.
