Inner Mitochondrial Membrane antibody | H6/C12
Mouse anti Human Inner Mitochondrial Membrane antibody, clone H6/C12 recognizes an antigen expressed on the inner membrane of mitochondria which is partially sensitive to proteinase digestion (Billet et al. 1984). Mouse anti Human Inner Mitochondrial Membrane antibody, clone H6/C12 has been used successfully for the detection of antigen by immunofluorescence (Haorah et al. 2011).

- Human mitochondrial membrane preparation.
- Fusion Partners
- Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3NS1-Ag4 myeloma cell line.
- Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
