Mouse anti Human IL-27 antibody, clone 3F12 recognizes human interleukin-27, also known as interleukin-30 or p28. IL-27 is a 215 amino acid ~25 kDa cytokine functioning in the innate immune response, potentiating the early TH1 response to insult.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
