Mouse anti Human interleukin-17F antibody, clone H02-4D7, recognizes interleukin-17 F, also known as cytokine ML-1. The IL-17 family consists of six proteins (IL-17A to IL-17F) which function as proinflammatory cytokines, important for defense against pathogens (Gurczynski and Moore 2017).

The biotinylated Mouse anti Human interleukin-17F antibody, clone H02-4D7 (MCA6209B) can be used as a detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA with the purified Mouse anti Human interleukin-17F antibody, clone I08-5H8 (MCA6208GA) as the capture antibody.

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
