| Mouse anti Human DNA PKcs antibody recognizes DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA PKcs), also known as PRKDC and DNA-PK catalytic subunit. Encoded by the PRKDC gene, DNA PKcs functions with the Ku70/Ku80 heterodimer protein in DNA double strand break repair and recombination. DNA PKcs is a member of the PI3/PI4-kinase family (provided by RefSeq, Jul 2010). Mouse anti Human DNA PKcs antibody detects a band of >350 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates. |
