Rat anti Human CDw210a
- Product Type
- Monoclonal Antibody
|Rat anti Human CDw210a, clone 3F9 recognizes human CDw210a, a 90-110 kDa glycoprotein, also known as Interleukin-10 receptor 1 (IL-10R1).
CDw210a is expressed on T cells, NK cells, monocytes and dendritic cells, although surface expression may be low.
Intracellular expression of CDw210a increases during dendritic cell maturation, while surface CDw210a expression decreases (Corinti et al. 2001) .
Rat anti Human CDw210a, clone 3F9 functions as a blocking antibody(Liu et al. 1997).
