Rat anti Human CDw210a, clone 3F9 recognizes human CDw210a, a 90-110kD glycoprotein, also known as Interleukin-10 receptor 1 (IL-10R1).
CDw210a is expressed on T cells, NK cells, monocytes and dendritic cells, although surface expression may be low.
Recent work has reported an increase in intracellular expression of CDw210a during dendritic cell maturation, but a reduction in surface CDw210a expression, see Corinti. S. et al. for details.
This clone is reported to function as a blocking antibody. Bio-Rad recommend the use of MCA2255XZ for functional studies, see Liu. Y. et al. for details.
