Mouse anti Human CD3:FITC/HLA-CLASS 2:RPE Dual color reagent is designed to permit the simultaneous enumeration of CD3 and HLA Class 2 expressing cells. It is particularly useful in the assessment of HLA Class 2 expression on T lymphocytes. Clone UCHT1 recognizes the human CD3 cell surface antigen, expressed by T lymphocytes. Clone WR18 recognises a common determinant on the beta chain of the human HLA Class 2 molecules HLA-DR, DP and DQ. This antigen is expressed on B lymphocytes, monocytes and on activated T lymphocytes.
