UCHT1 recognises the human CD3 antigen, which is expressed by all mature T cells.
RPA-T4 recognises the human CD4 antigen, a 56 kDa glycoprotein expressed by the helper-inducer subset of T cells. CD4 is also weakly expressed by monocytes.
DC002 may be used to simultaneously identify CD3 and CD4 positive cells, and to identify populations of cells that co-express these antigens.
