Mouse anti Human CD165 recognizes CD165 also known as AD2, gp37 or SN2. CD165 is a cell surface glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 37-42 kDa. CD165 is expressed on immature thymocytes, platelets, fibroblasts and monocytes.

Applications of CD165 antibody
Where this product has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls.

- Use 5μl of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100μl
