Alpha 1 Antitrypsin antibody | 1AT10-105.10 (1AT)
|Mouse anti Human alpha-1-antitrypsin antibody, clone 1AT10-105.10 recognises human alpha-1 antitrypsin, a serine protease inhibitor synthesized by the liver. Hereditary deficiency of this protein is associated with pulmonary emphysema and with liver disease, due to the loss of inhibition of neutrophil elastase activity.
Mouse anti Human alpha-1-antitrypsin antibody, clone 1AT10-105.10 shows minimal reactivity with other serum proteins including alpha-1-antichymotrypsin.
