Mouse anti Staphylococcus aureus Enterotoxin B antibody, clone 377/318 recognizes Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin B, an exotoxin excreted by Staphylococcus aureus that is the cause of classic food poisoning. It consists of 239 amino acids with a molecular weight of 28 kDa and is one of six antigenically distinct enterotoxin proteins that have been identified (A, B, C, D, E and G).

Mouse anti Staphylococcus aureus Enterotoxin B antibody, clone 377/318 does not react with Staphylococcus epidermis, Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes 1-19 or other Staphylococcal toxins.
