recognizes the peptidoglycan of Staphylococcus aureus
strain ATCC 29740
and will cross react with protein A-negative S. aureus
and S. epidermidis
Mouse anti Staphylococcus aureus
antibody, clone 11-248.2 does not cross-react with Streptococcus sp., Mycoplasma sp.
or Corynebacteria sp.
This antibody has not been cross-adsorbed and may react with similar antigens from related species.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
