AHP637 recognises a novel protein TMX, also known as thioredoxin related transmembrane protein. TMX is predominantly localised in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and may be involved in ER stress response.
Purified IgG - liquid
Antisera to human TMX were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
