Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin embedded human kidney with Goat anti Human TBL1X antibody (OBT1389) at 4.0μgml-1 following heat mediated antigen retrieval using Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9. Subsequent incubation was with HRP conjugated anti Goat secondary antibody and DAB chromagen development
Goat anti Human TBL1X antibody recognizes F-box-like/WD repeat-containing protein TBL1X, also known as SMAP55, transducin beta-like protein 1X or transducin-beta-like protein 1, X-linked. TBLX1 is a 577 amino acid ~63 kDa nuclear protein involved in the recruitment of the ubiquitin/19S proteasome complex to nuclear receptor-regulated transcription units (UniProt : O60907).
