    • Mouse anti Human SPI1 antibody, clone 2G1 recognizes human Transcription factor PU.1, also known as SPI1 or 31 kDa-transforming protein. SPI1 is a 270 amino acid ~30 kDa DNA binding protein. Two isoforms of SPI1 generated by alternative splicing have been described, with isoform 2 differing from isoform 1 by a single amino acid insertion at position 16 (UniProt : P17947). Mouse anti Human SPI1 antibody, clone 2G1 binds to the canonical isoform 1 but binding to isoform 2 has not been evaluated.
