Goat anti Human Protein Gene Product 9.5 (N-Terminal)
1 Formats Available
Negative Isotype Controls
Goat anti human PGP9.5 recognizes protein gene product 9.5, also known as Ubiquitin Carboxyl - Terminal Hydrolase L1. PGP9.5 is located primarily in the cytoplasm of neurons and represents 1-2% of total soluble brain proteins. PGP9.5 is involved in the processing of ubiquitin precursors and ubiquinated proteins.
Serum - liquid
Antisera to human PGP9.5 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen.
Synthetic peptide NFRKKQIEELKGQEVSPK corresponding to amino acid sequence 46 - 63 of human PGP9.5.
