    • recognizes human Bile acid receptor, also known as NR1H4, Farnesoid X-activated receptor, Farnesol receptor HRR-1, Nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group H member 4 or Retinoid X receptor-interacting protein 14. NR1H4 is a 486 amino acid ~50 kDa nuclear protein.

Multiple isoforms of the human bile acid receptor may be generated by alternative splicing, alldescribed isoforms contain the immunogen sequence used to generate Mouse anti Human NR1H4 antibody, clone 1G11 which is therefore expected to recognize all potential ifoforms of the huan bile acid receptor.
