    • Rabbit anti Neuropeptide Tyrosine C-flanking Peptide antibody recognizes the C-flanking peptide of pro-neuropeptide Y. Neuropeptide Y, also known as NPY or Neuropeptide tyrosine is a secreted neurotransmitter reported to be involved in the control of feeding behaviour (Clark et al. 1984). The C-flanking peptide of Neuropeptide Y, also known as CPON also occurs naturally in tissues and is abundant throughout the central nervous system with a similar tissue distribution to NPY (Allen et al. 1985).

      C-flanking peptide of NPY appears to be expressed in normal synovium but, along with Substance P and Mapp et al. 1990).
