    • Rabbit anti mTOR (pSer2448) antibody recognizes mTOR, also known as FRAP-1, when phosphorylated at serine 2448. mTOR is a serine/threonine kinase that functions as a cellular sensor for ATP and amino acids. mTOR is integral to cellular homeostasis and interacts with many signaling pathways involved in cancer. mTOR is phosphorylated at serine 2448 by P70S6K (Holz and Blenis 2005).
