Goat anti Human MTA1 antibody recognizes human metastasis associated protein 1 (MTA1), a member of the nucleosome remodelling complex. MTA1 is expressed by various tissues but is highly expressed by metastatic cells (Toh et al. 1994) .
Purified IgG - liquid
Antisera to MTA1 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
