    • Goat F(ab')2 anti Human Kappa Light Chain antibody recognizes human kappa light chains. This antibody has been cross absorbed with pooled human myeloma proteins with lambda light chains.
    • Intended Use
    • Target Species
      Human
    • Product Form
F(ab)2 fragments of purified IgG conjugated to R. Phycoerythrin - liquid
F(ab)2 fragments of purified IgG conjugated to Biotin - liquid

F(ab')2 fragment of IgG conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) - liquid
    • Reconstitution
    • Preparation
    • Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to human kappa chains were raised by repeated immunisation of goats with purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography on pooled human Igs with kappa light chains covalently linked to agarose. F(ab)2 fragments were prepared by pepsin digestion.
