STAR140 recognises heavy and light chains of human IgG, IgA and IgM. It also recognises light chains of human IgD and may recognise immunoglobulins from other species.
F(ab)2 fragments of purified IgG - liquid
Antisera to human Ig were raised by repeated immunisation of goats with purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography. F(ab)2 fragments were prepared by pepsin digestion.

This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
