    • Recombinant Human Flt3 Ligandis an E. coliderived polypeptide corresponding to the human Flt3 ligand, a soluble polypeptide comprising the extracellular domain of the transmembrane flt-3 ligand protein.Flt-3 ligand stimulates the proliferation and colony formation of certain BM precursor cells, including CD34 +ve cells. The biological activity was determined by dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human AML5 cells giving an ED50 of 1.0ng/ml.
    • Intended Use
    • Target Species
      Human
    • Product Form
      Purified recombinant protein - lyophilised
    • Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 0.1ml distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution.
