Native Human fibrinogen is a 340kDa glycoprotein involved in cell adhesion and migration processes including embryogenesis, metastasis, wound healing, blood coagulation and host immunity. It consists of a dimer, each part made up of three disulphide linked polypeptides known as the alpha, beta and gamma chains.

Store at -20oC only. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
