    • Sheep anti Human EGF receptor antibody, clone 1E4 recognizes the human EGF receptor, also known as Proto-oncogene c-ErbB-1 or Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-1.

EGF receptor is a 1186 amino acid single pass type 1 trensmembrane glycoprotein inciolved in binding EGF and translocating it to the nucleus via endosomes ER and golgi. Sheep anti Human EGF receptor antibody, clone 1E4 may be of value in developing assays for EGF R in a range of biological samples.

Sheep anti Human EGF receptor antibody, clone 1E4 recognizes a cell surface epitope, and stains A431 cells strongly in flow cytometry.
