Rabbit anti DRAM (C-terminal) antibody recognizes human DRAM, a lysosomal modulator of autophagy that plays a central role in p53/TP53-mediated apoptosis.
DRAM is significantly down-regulated in tumor cell lines by methylation-dependent transcriptional silencing.
N.B. Antibody reactivity and working conditions may vary between species.
Purified IgG - liquid
Antisera to human DRAM were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
0.02% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
A peptide corresponding to a 16 amino acid sequence from near the carboxy terminus of Human DRAM.
Approx. Protein Concentrations
IgG concentration 1.0mg/ml
