    • Mouse anti Human CD94 antibody, clone HP-3B1 recognizes the humanNatural killer cells antigen CD94, also known as the Kp43 antigen, Killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily D member 1 or NK cell receptor. CD94 is a 179 amino acid single pass type I transmembrane glycoprotein. which is expressed by NK cells and a subset of T lymphocytes.

CD94 has been shown to exist in two forms, of molecular weight 39kD and 43kD. HP-3B1 binds to both forms of CD94.

The epitope recognised by this antibody is reported to be sensitive to formaldehyde fixation and tissue processing. Bio-Rad recommends the use of acetone fixation for frozen sections.

    • Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the antibody for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls.
