    • Mouse anti Human CD321 antibody, clone 2E3-1C8 recognizes human Junctional adhesion molecule A, also known as CD321, Junctional adhesion molecule 1, JAM-1, Platelet F11 receptor, Platelet adhesion molecule 1 or PAM-1. CD321 is a 272 amino acid ~37 kDa single pass type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein involved in epithelial cell tight junction formation.

      CD321 also acts as a receptor for reovirus (Barton et al. 2001).
