Recombinant Human CD266 antigen produced in E. coli is representitive of human CD266, otherwise known as TWEAK-R, a member of the TNF family, highly expressed in the heart, placenta and kidneys, which acts as a receptor for TWEAK (TNF-like weak inducer of apoptosis), and can weakly induce apoptosis in some cell types.
CD266 is co-expressed with CD255 in several cell types, and expression is upregulated in response to particular cytokines and physical damage.

Reconstitute with 250ul distilled water Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution.

Prior to reconstitution store at +4oC. After reconstitution store at -20oC. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
