Rabbit anti Human CD137L antibody specifically recognize human CD137L, otherwise known as TNFSF9 or 4-1BBL, a type II transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the TNF superfamily, preferentially expressed by B cells, which acts as a ligand for CD137 (4-1BB ligand receptor/TNFRSF9).
Interaction between CD137L and its receptor acts as a co-stimulatory signal for T cell activation and expansion, and is involved in the generation of cytotoxic T cells (Tc) and in the process of antigen presentation. Expression of CD137L by a variety of carcinoma cells, suggests a role for CD137L in tumour cell-T cell interactions.
Purified IgG conjugated to Biotin - lyophilised
Reconstitute with 0.5ml sterile PBS containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended.
Antiserum to human CD137L were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.

Prior to reconstitution store at +4oC. After reconstitution store at -20oC. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
