Mouse anti Human Cadherin 17 antibody, clone 1H3 recognizes human Cadherin-17, also known as Intestinal peptide-associated transporter HPT-1 or Liver-intestine cadherin. Cadherin 17 is a 810 amino acid with an additional 22 residue leader sequence, single pass type I transmembrane calcium dependent cell adhesion glycoprotein. Cadherin 17 has a predicted molecular mass of ~92.2 kDa.
