Native Human Complement Component C1q is a sub-component of complement C1. C1q associates with complement components C1r and C1s, which are required for the progression of the proteolytic complement cascade. Deficiency of C1q has been associated with lupus erythematosus and glomerulonephritis.
Purified C1q from human serum - lyophilised
Reconstitute with 1.0ml distilled water Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. The solution may appear cloudy following reconstitution
