    • Rabbit anti ARMER (C-Terminal) antibody recognizes the carboxy Terminal of ARMER (also known as ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 6-interacting protein 1), an integral ER-membrane protein involved in protein transport, membrane trafficking and cell signalling. ARMER has been shown to protect cells against ER stress-induced apoptosis, possibly by blocking caspase-9 activity. It is expressed in all haematopoietic cell lineages with highest expression in early myeloid progenitor cells. It is expressed in brain, bone marrow, thymus and lung with lower levels in liver, kidney and spleen. It is not detected in heart.
