Western blotting analysis of mouse brain extracts (35μg total protein in RIPA buffer) probed with Goat anti Human ARFGAP3 antibody (AHP697) at 2.0μgml-1. Primary incubated for 1 hour. Signal was detected by western blot using chemiluminescence
Goat anti ARFGAP3 recognises ARFGAP3 (ADP - ribosylation factor GTPase activating protein 3), originally described as ARFGAP1.
ARFGAP3 is thought to promote hydrolysis of ARF1 bound GTP, which is required for the dissociation of coat proteins from Golgi derived membranes and vesicles.
ARFGAP3 is widely expressed, being found at high levels in endocrine glands and testis (Zheng et al. 2000).
N.B. Antibody reactivity and working conditions may vary between species.
Purified IgG - liquid
Antisera to ARFGAP3 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
Bovine Serum Albumin
Synthetic peptide NGVVTSIQDRYGS derived from C terminus of ARFGAP3 protein.
Approx. Protein Concentrations
IgG concentration 0.5 mg/ml
