| Purified Dog IgG was prepared from normal canine serum by a multi-step process including de-lipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. The product is then extensively dialysed against phosphate buffered saline. Immunoelectrophoretic analysis demonstrates a single precipitin arc against anti canine IgG and anti canine serum. |

Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. - Buffer Solution

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. Prior to reconstitution store at +4°C.
After reconstitution it is recommended to aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
