Recombinant Bovine Interleukin-10 (IL-10), also known as cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor (CSIF), is a secreted anti inflammatory cytokine produced primarily by monocytes. IL-10 inhibits the synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IFNγ, IL-2, IL-4, GM-CSF and TNFα.
This product is a purified recombinant cytokine corresponding to a 160 amino acid sequence of bovine IL-10 and is suitable for use as standard in the development of ELISA assays.
Purified recombinant protein - lyophilized
Reconstitute with 100µl sterile PBS containing 0.1% carrier protein Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution.
