Mouse anti Chicken CD276 antibody, clone IAH:F799:IC12 recognizes chicken B7-H3, which is also known as CD276. B7-H3 is member of the B7 family of regulatory proteins. In mammals, B7-H3 expression is induced upon activation in T-cells, B-cells, dendritic cells, NK cells and monocytes. B7-H3 is also expressed by various carcinoma cells. B7-H3 has been described as a co-inhibitory molecule and is reported to negatively regulate Th1-mediated immune responses.
