APO BrdU TUNEL assay Fluorescence Kit (APO001) used for the evaluation of apoptosis in bovine mononuclear cells in vitro by two color flow cytometry.

      APO001 is a two color TUNEL (Terminal deoxynucleotide transferase dUTP Nick End Labelling) flow cytometry assay kit, which enables the identification of cells during the late stages of apoptosis, through the labelling of DNA breaks (DNA fragmentation) and total cellular DNA.

      The minimum requirement for the use of this kit is a two color flow cytometer with green fluorescence (515nm) and red fluorescence (635nm) detectors.
